Velazquez was born in Chicago, Illinois, of Puerto Rican descent. She attended Notre Dame High School for Girls, and has a BA in marketing. This very sexy Puerto Rico-American is most famous for her role in the hit NBC comedy show “My Name is Earl” playing the motel maid.
