History:
Penny Dai started writing songs at the age of 17 and had then participated in Halo Singing Contest in Kuala Lumpur. In 1999, EMI Taiwan moved her from Malaysia to Taiwan where she was launched with her self-titled album in 2000. She is now one of the most famous singers in Taiwan, noted for her songwriting and performing abilities.
